You’re about to feel like a honkytonk badonkadonk, baby got back, fat bottomed girls, and your anaconda is about to make girls go, “oh my gawd, Becky!”
Now that the funny part of this review is over... shut up and buy these jeans. Buy ten pairs because Lord knows as soon as you find a pair of jeans you like you’ll never find them again. I am 4’11” tall, 173 lbs, 45” hips, 33” waist (definitely pear shaped), and I can never - I mean NEVER - find jeans that fit me. These are the right length. They fit my hips. They don’t gap at my waist. And this inner tummy slimming panel? Oh sweet baby cheezus YES. I have a two year old, an awesome mom pouch, and a healthy love of bread. These jeans make me look even better than I did before I grew another human being. Literally ditching every other pair of jeans I have and stocking my entire wardrobe with these.

I love these jeans. I've bought at least six pairs of them in the Misses sizes. My weight fluctuates greatly for a number of reasons, mostly glandular, so I keep 18s, 20s, and 22s in my closet. They are VERY flattering and have four actual real pockets. I can put my hand all the way in the pocket and down to the thigh. I can keep all my little stuff like lip balm and even my work keys in them without struggling. I can't love them enough just for the pockets.
I've purchased the Plus sizing option only once. When they arrived, I was horrified to discover that they have fake pockets in the front and are made of MUCH thinner, intensely stretchy fabric that feels like a polyester Ponte knit. I despise not having pockets, and I loathe Ponte. This is the primary difference between Misses and Plus in these jeans (based on my orders). I sent them back immediately.
These jeans are mid-rise, so they're meant to fall below your natural waist. I have a high waist, so I generally buy the Tall option. I'm 5'5", and they comfortably rest right at my waistline. They do shrink a bit, but not excessively if you hang them up to dry.
At all sizes, these jeans hold me together nicely and are very flattering with tees, tunics, tank tops, and everything else. They're also resilient and don't easily lose their shape. I've sized out of them up and down, but that's me and not the jeans. Bottom line, I choose the Misses sizes and they're the best jeans I've ever owned for fit, comfort, and price.

I have a pair of these in dark blue that I got first and then decided to get them in black. I like them has a positive alternative to leggings because they are thicker and very comfortable. They pull on pretty easy but they do have a tendency to come down a little bit harder. Don’t wait too long to go to the bathroom. Lol. They are very stretchy and have really good tummy control. I am high waisted and they come up to my waist without a problem. I am 5 foot 3 1/2 and ordered the short and it comes right to my ankle bone. I would strongly recommend these as they look good with everything and are a great alternative if you are using leggings a lot. These do have usable pockets in the front and back, my dark blue ones only have usable pockets in the back.

I typically wear a size 4 short in jeans and the first time I purchased these pants that’s what I ordered. They fit PERFECT everywhere but the waist. The waistband itself is very thick and not stretchy. I had a hard time getting them over my hips the band was so stiff. I ended up having to cut a slit in the band just so I could be more comfortable at work the first time I wore them. I since went back and ordered a size 6 short…..much much better. I recommend going up a size from what you normally wear. Overall these pants are very flattering and I love them. For reference I’m just shy of 5 feet and weigh 129 lbs. So if your short like me, the short length will be perfect.

So, let me say that I am not a fan of these new stretchy jeans everyone is making. To me, jeans are thick denim made with 99% cotton, soft yet durable, and they do not cling to your legs. These fall somewhere between jeans and leggings, so I decided to give them a try, because in my late 40s, I want to be comfortable. I do like them, the material is soft and comfortable, and the fit from the hips down is flattering and not constricting. I have a 32" waist, so I ordered my usual size ten. The waist is comfortable, but gives me a little bit of a muffin top, so I would not wear them with a tight fitting shirt, but my usual t shirt or sweatshirt is fine. The waistband is soft and comfortable and sits right below my belly button. I might size up in the future if I decide to order again. I'll see if the waist band loosens up over time. So, these are worth a shot if they sound appealing to you. Not jeans, but nice thick leggings, very flattering, well made.
**UPDATE - So, I guess I really like these jeans, because they became the only jeans I kept putting on every day. Maybe I'm asking a lot, but I want jeans durable enough to work in, yet comfortable enough to nap in as well. I still felt the waist band was too tight, so I went in with my xacto knife, and made a small incision inside the waist band, stuck my finger in, pulled out the elastic just enough to cut it, and let it go back in. It gave me about an inch more. I know I'm a bit thicker in the middle than I want to be, bit I don't need my jeans reminding me all day. Anyway, since I decided I like these, I now ordered the next size up, a 12. Much more comfortable in the waist, but now extra room in the hips and thighs. Still comfortable enough though. Reasonably priced for the material and quality.

I bought three different pairs of these. Two of them in a size 22 and one in a size 20. I mostly shop by measurements more than the number on the tag. These run more on the small side since I (most often) wear size 20's comfortably and the 20's are honestly too small for me. I'm debating returning them.
But, the 22's fit like most other size 20's. They are a breathe away from being TOO snug - even the 22's. And, if there was more stretch, it would be best, but they do fit snug and are mostly comfortable. Especially if you will not be sitting for super long periods of time.
They are super cute, though.

These pants are perfect. I mean WOW. I cannot believe how comfortable they are, and they don’t look weird or frumpy, nobody can tell they’re pull-on jeans. OK, So I first bought the Immaculate-waterless and I fell in love with them! They fit perfect and looked great! Round 2, I ordered the Stormy Sky same size and style (pull on size 4) pulled the tags off and threw them in the wash so I could wear today. I put them on and WOW! They look TERRIBLE compaired to the Immaculate! They fit fine but the legs are maybe looser than the 1st ones because they do not give a smooth look at all! They bunch up and make lines of fabric going across the thigh and it makes them look horrible! I wish I would have tried them on before taking the tags off and washing because now Im stuck with them. Please, if you order different colors try them on before you take tags off and wash.

I just received these, so I can't review past the initial look and fit.
It always seems that I have added weight after Summer and going into Fall, (I love summer fruit) and switching from shorts into pants/jeans.
I no longer enjoy tight-fitting clothes like I may have when I was younger, and I don't really even enjoy wearing jeans. They feel rough, stiff, and constricting. But I do wear them out and about, and always change back into comfy yoga pants when I get home. Everything I buy is hopefully, a bit loose and comfortable. If you relate to this...this review is more for you.
I realizing that everyone likes their clothes to fit in their own special way, and my review is focused on comfort, with looks being a close second. I am between a 10 and 12 in pants right now. My 10's are feeling very snug, so I moved up to 12's. I carry my weight in my midsection, and have smaller hips; as in no butt. I am 5'6" and teetering at 144 lbs. which is about 10 lbs more than I like. We're not talking muscle here. I am a grandma, and I prefer to read than exercise.
I ordered a 12 M, a 12 L, and two 14 M's in both the light and dark jean colors. I find Levi's run small and skinny. Why am I even buying these?! I was hoping for comfy jeans. We'll see how these work out.
The 12 M's are probably my size...possibly the Longs, possibly a 10. The waistband feels rather snug, but with stretch, and a few holiday goodies away from too tight. Ha! The waistband hits me a couple inches below my navel when standing, and higher if I adjust them while sitting. The hips have room. The legs are on the tighter side...especially the calves, and my calves are not large. They hold onto my calves and I have to pull them down after sitting and standing up. They kind of stick to them because of the tightness.
Sitting down, the whole front and stomach/crotch area is super baggy looking because of my no hips I suppose. I can pull them higher when I sit...lots of extra material in that region. I would have to wear a longer top to cover that up. The Medium just touches my ankles when I'm standing and pull up shorter when I sit. Thinking I might go with the Longs if I want full length jeans rather than ankle-grazers....but both seem to work, depending on the look you want.
The size 14's were looser in the waist and really large in the hips. The legs still feel kind of tight, especially when sitting. Of course these are jeggings, so that's expected. I guess I'm kind of over the whole slim-fitting skinny jeans...but that's me wishing for looser jeans. If you are hippy, these will probably be perfect. On me, kind of a jodhpurs look. I like the looser waistband, but hello saggy bottom! And just a teeny bit looser in the legs. Maybe I have the wrong build and comfort expectations for these.
I am still debating on which size and lengths, if any, to keep. I am not sure if they will shrink in the wash, and I wouldn't plan on drying them in the dryer.
I love the dark wash jean color, I look thinner in it than in the washed out color, but both are nice. I haven't seen the black or maroon. Green and brown/tan would be nice options!
I think the price in the low to mid 20's is fair.
I'll try to update if I keep and wear them.

EVERYONE I KNOW HAS THESE! So I bought a few to try on. They run large and are very stretchy! so I sized down 2 sizes. I like it and it's comfy but they do slip down a bit over time and there is no belt loop. A smaller size would have been too tight. So they seem flattering in the butt area but they don't flatten your stomach or anything. Length is regular, below the ankle. Overall very comfy and ended up keeping the black ones.

And they are very shaping pants, once I finally got them on. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the waist band doesn't have enough stretch for me to make the effort to put them on and take them off, unfortunately. And it hurt my hips to slide them on and off. They fit well, once on, but getting them on is not fun and not worth it.

This is my 8th pair of the slim shaper jeans. There does not seem to be much consistency so not sure what is up with that. On the plus side for the first time I received a pair with full functional front pockets which I really like so much better that the fake ones on my previous 7 pairs. I bought these in a size 16 as I wanted another loose pair to lounge around the house and be comfortable in. These were smaller than my previous size 16. I can still wear but they fit more like a 14. Lastly and the main reason for only 3 stars is wow is the material thin on this pair! Seriously feels like they will wear out in a short timeframe and definitely not good for cool weather. Thinner than even some I have bought that were labeled summer weight. I wish Levi would do better on the consistency of this particular style so it is not like a surprise when you get them. We should receive what is described and that is not happening. I had missed the pocket discussion before and just found today as I was curious as to why al of a sudden I got pockets. Based on reactions, and I concur, keep the full pockets. Going to have to improve on the fabric quality before I would buy again.

If you like jeans that stretch while you wear them then these are for you. Sadly i hate these jeans. They weren't too bad when I put them on but they stretched so much wearing them only an hour. They were so baggy below the waist. If you have any fat at all the elastic on the waist will make you have a muffin top so you can't wear a fitted shirt with these. So if you like baggy jeans that give you a muffin top then these will be your favorite jeans, otherwise I'd pass on these.

Love the idea of pull up Levi’s ~ but they are very hard to pull up and adjust. Then the pocket problem arises—- who expected Levi’s with No Front Pockets ? That is the point of jeans! - Having pockets > the 1 tiny key pocket with 2 front pants pockets. The pockets shown in the pictures are not what is on the pants; the pants’ 2 front pockets are actually just carefully sewn on contrasting stitching in the shape of pocket stitching! Pocket illusions! You can however stick a fingertip in the teeniest fake pocket if you need to put a safety pin in there ( nothing much else fits); the pants do have 2 back pockets. Another clothing disappointment. Read everything in the ads very carefully .

FRONT POCKETS: To start, I LOVE my first two pair, which were the wine and black colors! Great fit and nice, deep front pockets that are really functional. But then I ordered the "immaculate" dark blue, and oddly, even though you can see that the fabric for front pockets is there on the inside front, the front pockets were sewn completely shut! So not just a thread to hold them closed during shipping, but literally sewn shut (see photo comparing front inside view of dark blue pair on top (no front pockets) with the wine colored pair on bottom that have front pockets). I initially thought this was just a defect, so I returned this third pair and ordered a replacement dark blue pair, and same thing!
Levi needs to do a much better job of indicating which colors come with or without front pockets since there is no way to tell from the photos or product description. I am returning the dark blue and am very disappointed and now hesitant to order another color. Too bad, because I really like my first two pair. I'm female and normally an 8, but got size 10 just to have a slightly more relaxed fit since I want to use them for travel. The 10 is still very fitted yet super comfortable. So at least in my case, the black and wine both had nice, deep front pockets and I would highly recommend those. Avoid the dark blue if you want front pockets! Hope this is helpful.

1. The color is not as in the picture (Immaculate Waterless). The front thigh area is a little distressed, so it takes away from what would otherwise be a sharp dark denim look.
2. Additionally, the distressing ends rather abruptly at/below the knee, so it looks artificial (which it is).
3. The length was perfect, ending right at my ankle. I am 5’3.5’’ and short-waisted/longer legs. I purchased a size 4 with an inseam of 30.
4. I typically wear size 2 or 4 or 4 petite. I had to wiggle a little to get these over my hips. They are a tad on the small size. Once up, they were okay.
5. The rise was a little below my belly button, a little low for me.
I almost wanted to keep them, but will return. Honestly, I have several pairs of regular jeans that are much more comfortable than these pull-ons. They’re okay-nothing special, but inexpensive and obviously work well for many people!

I purchased a similar pair of Levi’s earlier this year that were just horrifically ill-fitting. I kept them thinking it was my body type or my size and maybe if I lost weight, they might eventually look better. Recently, I needed black control top jeans. Mind you, I’m child-less and just a little flabby in the belly but I like to conceal that as much as possible. So, I started searching for the highest rated control top black jeans. It lead me to these. I thought they looked awfully similar to the pair I had already bought the reviews were astoundingly good. I thought they would fit better because there was so much mention of this “control top panel.” I read each one review, I looked at every customer picture that was posted and thought long and hard before purchasing. Finally, I went for it. Put them on this morning and it’s the EXACT same problem as the other pair.
1) They’re sooo painfully ugly and maternity-looking even just in the package.
2) They are hard to pull over my hips despite them being my size based on the size chart.
3) the “control top panel” does literally, nothing. It’s too tight around my stomach, creating a BIGGER bulge in my “fupa” area, then creating additional flabbiness above them on my stomach.
4) they aren’t really even high-waisted because I can’t even get the top of them over my belly button without them giving me the world’s WORST front wedgie. It’s bad, they’re just all around bad. I have $5 leggings that do so much more for my body than these do. Not only are the unflattering, but they’re uncomfortable too.
And before everyone jumps to assume that I bought the wrong size (12), the 14’s that I bought earlier this year have all the same issues except worse because they’re too tight where you want them loose and they’re too loose in the places you want them tight.
I’m just unbelievably disappointed. I just want a pair of jeans that I feel comfortable in but I feel like I will forever be stuck in leggings because nothing seems to work.

Disappointed as they are nice jeans.

Would definitely recommend going up in size, these are styled more like a jegging than jeans but with minimal stretch. There is no button closure and instead uses an wide elastic waistline band. While I could live without a zipper and button not having anything to grip onto (such as belt loops or even pockets) to help pull them up is my main complaint. If you have a bigger bottom or even acrylic nails these are not suitable for you.

Basically, they’re not what I expected at all. They looked okay. But wear like an adult denim version of a pull pant made by a diaper company.
The front pockets are an illusion. Basically, strategically sewn to ‘look’ like a pocket, but it isn’t. No pockets in the front at all.
The denim is nice. But if you’re truly a curvy woman, be careful here. My hips and thighs are my widest part. My smallest is my waist. Because they are a pull up (somehow I didn’t realize this although stated in the lengthy description) Anyhow, there’s very little stretch, and in order to get over my widest part, I would have needed a human sized shoe horn or some other mechanical device.
Could barely get above my knees before falling over.
The waistband is a super thick 2+ inch wide band that doesn’t budge. So they’re right when they say ‘won’t gap’ but good luck getting them past your knees.
I bought a size 16. I wear a size 16 for over a decade. Pretty certain the true fit is for someone much closer to a size 6. Runs small!!!
Before buying I made certain that these were truly made by Levi’s Strauss. I was shocked to learn that they actually are…
Huge disappointment. Sent them back after the fall, would NEVER recommend.

I have included pics of every angle to show you the horrors. Imagine wearing control top pantyhose with nothing on top of it. That's what these are. You can see every lump, bump, and crevice. Camel toes, cellulite, mom pooch, all of it unapologetically on full display. I'm not one of those new, modern, "love ma fierce tigerrrr stripes ya'll" type of girl. I'm more of a "let me just cover this all up til I have the cash for the mommy tummy tuck" type of girl. I had high, tight hopes for this "super smoothing shaping slimming womens jeans" garment. But no, this is a new type of heck...it gives me bumps I didn't even know I had. You can see everything from pantyline to thunderthigh, I'm surprised you can't see my stretch marks! The fabric is opaque, but the forgiveness ends there. If you're trying to embrace the curves, then good for you, but if you're trying to look flawless, try another pair of pants! A more functional issue is the pockets. The front pockets look disturbingly real, but they're Fakey Mcfakerson. Not even a sneaky half inch of pocket there. All flat. Not even a top coin pocket as a consolation prize. My Samsung Galaxy fits in the back pocket with the top inch of phone sticking out, but who wants to sit on their phone? Not me. I thought it would be safe to pick Levi's. The All-American classic brand. Nope. Not here. Not on Amazon. Better mask up and put on some mascara and drive down to the nearest big box store to try on some jeans in the fitting room. Oh well. I tried. I came, I saw, I got catfished.

I don’t usually review but I received my jeans today and I had to go back and read reviews again because clearly I’m missing something??? There is nothing “skinny “ about these jeans. I’m not a thin person in my opinion. I’m 5’0 and weigh 150 lbs. so I’m not skinny. I thought maybe there was a mistake in my order but there’s not. You could literally fit 2 legs in each leg opening. The waist fits great but the pants legs look like they are relaxed fit (and I mean VERY RELAXED). They were definitely made for man sized legs and thighs

I really wanted to like these jeans based on the flurry of positive reviews, but alas, these definitely did not work for me. Given the current Covid stagnation, I'd recently gone up from a size 4 to a size 6 (5'5 135 give or take 5lbs for reference)and was looking for some affordable, comfortable jeans to transition into until I was back to my regular workout routine. The size chart indicated I could actually go back down to my old size, but I chose to go with my current size to be comfortable despite what the chart said.
Upon taking them out of the packaging I noticed it said size 28, not the 30 on the size chart, I already thought.. "No way will these fit!" When measured the waist only came to 14inches pre-stretch (smaller than my stretchier leggings), but I chalked it up to the shapewear. While they fit fine throughout the legs, the hips were another story. While I was able to get them on, it was a struggle and probably would be for anyone who has curvier hips or pack a little more "junk in the trunk". The other factor is the waist. These are a mid rise that to me were almost reminiscent of old school lower rise jeans, which unless you are totally flat in that area, gives you more of a muffin top vibe that a svelte, shape accentuation. All in all, these were a miss for me, while it did give my butt a slight boost, the overall fabric was not flattering very much a jegging instead of a jean and actually made me feel wider than ever. When I compared it to my 4's which were snug, my 4's that I had avoided wearing were actually looser and more flattering than these. I'm sure they work great for some people, but it was an all over miss for me.

Never happens with any other brand of jeans I have. I just ordered new ones in a few different colors bc I liked them so much. I ordered the exact same size and the pants have changed enough that they were quite noticeably too big. So I ordered a size 6 and they fit like the 8 used to.
I ordered them in black and the light purple. The black fit but the purple are a different pant and they are too small. Be careful ordering diff colors they may not fit the same at all.
This was overall a disappointing experience with these pants

I was going to order a 10 but Amazon recommended an 8 so I went with the 8 and it was too small. The fabric was nice and stretchy so I went ahead and ordered the size 10 thinking that it would fit perfectly and loved the green color and the stretchiness of the material. Amazon what is the deal with sizing your 8 and size 10 the same and using different fabrics for the same product but not advertising that. That is false advertising and most of your clothes are crappy like the pants. Why advertise what the material is and then send the product in a different material. Also why can't you get your sizing consistent. I don't understand how a size 10 is cut the same as a size 8. And also don't listen to the size that Amazon recommends go with your gut. And even if you do that you may not get the advertised product you ordered which is what I experienced.
