I've looked everywhere for these. I had 1 pair years ago and lived then- wore them until they were threads.
I LOVE that these come up to my belly button so my midriff bulge is more hidden. I love they are smooth to the touch. I love that they aren't still like regular jeans and bend and move easily with me. I love that the
button hole is perfect size and easy to button because I have trouble with my hands. I love that they aren't saggy butt.
Now that I have found them here, I WILL be ordering again. I didn't know they came in so many colors! Woohoo! No more old lady elastic waistband pants with gathers.

Perfect fit
I love Gloria Vanderbilt. Her jeans are sized consistently. I am 5'3", short legs and wide hips with a belly. As such, I am often in between sizes, either too tight or to big in the waist. I purchased the 18W Short, and they fit so perfectly, that I just ordered a second pair.
The jeans are not a heavy fabric, which I love, but you need to know that. They have a very nice stretch to them, and tapered nicely for a wide hipped girl. Not so "skinny jean" as to emphasize your hips, but gradual tapering. I recommend these for ladies who are fed up with trying tons of jeans that are never sized well. Check the sizing chart. These are true to size.
