I am curvy & a very proportionate hourglass (5'11", 240lbs), & a size 18 is a perfect fit! They're comfortable with just the right amount of stretch.

Perfect for me!
I just received these today after only ordering them on Saturday (today is Monday). I have recently lost 18lbs, and have another 10 to go. As a result, I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a pair of designer jeans, when they won’t fit in another month (optimistic thinking there).

For reference, I’m a curvy hourglass type of body, with plenty of hips, Thighs and butt, but a small waist. I am now a size 12, and that’s what I purchased. The pattern on the jeans is very flattering, with the light part on the front and the dark part either side of the legs. Very slimming effect. Also, the material is stretchy, which is nice. It has the exact right mix of stretch and compression. Great quality. The back does gape just slightly, but not enough for me to be worried that it’s visible under shirts. I will keep an eye on it when bending over, but I’m used to that with my body style, and it’s certainly not as prominent with me as with most other jeans (even the “non-gaping” ones). Very happy with these and will buy the darker pair too.
